Kevin began his foray into the real estate world in 2001 as a loan officer, which gives him a unique and helpful financial perspective that most agents don’t have. His passion for negotiating and helping people led him to take the leap into residential real estate shortly after.

He owned and operated his own brokerage for the first five years during a very hot market- a true trial by fire way of learning the industry! He has experienced it all, and is a detail oriented, problem solving, number cruncher, who enjoys guiding buyers and sellers through the complicated, sometimes  stressful, escrow process with ease!

He chose to join Coldwell Banker Realty to take advantage of the widely recognized brand, extensive agent network, and impressive marketing advantages that being a part of a respected global team offers. His wife, Diane joined the business in 2012 bringing with her a background in marketing, management, interior design home staging, and community advocacy.
